Home Focus was established in 1994

 

We are an independent provider of bespoke support services to adults who require some level of assistance with everyday living.

 

We currently provide a flexible person centred service to adults who may have a learning disability, display so called behaviours that challenge, have physical and or sensory impairments and mental health needs.

 

Our organisation takes great pride in our staff retention, with 40% of the staff team being with the organisation for 5 or more years. We strongly believe that well trained, reliable staff are paramount in the provision of our outcome focused, value for money service.
