Who are we?

Home Focus was established in 1994

Home Focus is a small, family run organisation established in 1994. Our registered office in based in Eccles.

We provide person centred care and support to children, young people and adults in the community, their own homes and in our day service provision based in Walkden.

We currently support people in Salford and Stockport.

Services we provide

We offer individualised packages of care and support to enable people to be independent, included, reach their ambitions and maintain their health and well- being.
